These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ok93 ("ok93", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ok93 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino products, and all related features and content (collectively, "the Platform").

• Own Funds: You must be betting with your own funds. Using funds obtained through criminal activity or third-party payment methods not registered in your name is prohibited.

ok93 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any stage of your account relationship with us. • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential at all times.
• You must not share your username or password with any third party.

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity review, and ok93 may contact the account holder regarding the status of the account.

All financial transactions on the ok93 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ok93 currently supports the following deposit methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• ok93 does not charge a deposit fee on its own side. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ok93's control.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon successful confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider.
• ok93 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds if it believes the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are yours lawfully, are not derived from any criminal or illegal activity, and are not subject to any outstanding legal claim or dispute. ok93 may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

Eligible account holders may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering procedures.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
• ok93 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or anti-money-laundering checks.
• Bonus funds and free bet credits are not withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• ok93 reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for withdrawal requests that are deemed excessive or abusive in frequency.

In cases where ok93 suspects fraudulent activity, account abuse, or a breach of these Terms, ok93 may suspend withdrawal processing pending an internal investigation. ok93 will communicate with the account holder throughout this process and will endeavour to resolve matters promptly and fairly.

ok93 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are governed by specific terms that accompany each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements). These must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion specifies a validity period. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• ok93 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

ok93 reserves the right to void any bets placed using bonus funds that were obtained through fraudulent or abusive means, and to recover any winnings generated as a result of such activity.

All bets placed on ok93 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are available within the Platform at the point of placing each bet. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is deemed accepted only once it has been confirmed by ok93's systems and a unique bet reference has been issued to the account holder.
• ok93 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected errors in odds, market suspension, or event cancellation.
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing mistake, ok93 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even if the bet was initially confirmed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the point of bet placement.
• ok93's decision on the outcome of any bet or dispute relating to a bet is final and binding, subject to the right to escalate via the support channel.

For live (in-play) betting markets, please note that odds and market availability can change rapidly in response to real-time match events. ok93 cannot guarantee that a bet submitted during live play will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of submission, as the odds may have changed during the processing of your request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok93 Platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting) or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any other technological tool to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ok93 staff or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification, or geo-restriction measure implemented by ok93.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok93 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• ok93 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may occur.
• ok93 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, ok93's liability is limited to the return of the relevant stake amount only.
• ok93's aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ok93's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ok93 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ok93 will notify registered account holders by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered contact details associated with the account.

Your continued use of the ok93 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
